Leak Detection/ Storm Damage

Mortar replacement – Re bedding
The old cracked and loose mortar removed from all roof points, (ridge caps, valleys and gables). All tiles repositioned and clipped, and a new bed of mortar laid to secure all points.
Re pointing / Flexible pointing
With unpredictable high winds and flash flooding, roof maintenance is very important to prevent storm damage. Flexible pointing is a silicone based cement adhesive that is applied over the top of new or existing mortar that fills minor cracks and defects and secures your points.
Valley and flashing repairs and replacements
Valleys and lead/ soaker flashings are a common cause of roof leaks, due to deterioration and rusting. Rusted valleys and flashing need to be replaced as an important part of roof maintenance.
